Maintenance and hosting

I take your site over from where it is,and from then on it is mine to answer for

These plans are for a site that already exists and is hosted somewhere else: I move it onto the server I run, in Frankfurt, without downtime, and from then on backups, security updates and monitoring are my job. If I built the site, the first year of hosting is already in the price — the subscription starts after that.

Three tiers

from 60 € a month

Essential

60 € a month

600 € a year

For a site that simply has to keep working. Content changes are not included.

  • Hosting on the server I run, with resources that grow without a move and without downtime.
  • Automatic daily copy of the database and the files, kept for thirty days.
  • SSL certificate included and renewed automatically, so you never think about it.
  • Continuous monitoring, with an alert to me the moment the site stops answering.
  • Security updates to the framework, the dependencies and the modules.
  • Full restore from the backup copy if something breaks.
  • Email answered within 48 working hours.

Standard

135 € a month

1,350 € a year

For a site that changes month to month: prices, campaigns, new products.

Everything in Essential, plus

  • Two hours a month of changes: copy, images, products, new sections.
  • Speed and image optimisation, so pages stay fast as content is added.
  • A monthly report: how long the site was up, how fast it loads, how many visitors it had.
  • Seasonal updates: campaigns, promotions, holiday opening hours.
  • Priority answers, within 24 hours.
  • A tenth off the price of any new project you ask me for.

Technical partner

300 € a month

3,000 € a year

For anyone who needs someone answerable for the technical side, not a supplier they call once it has broken.

Everything in Standard, plus

  • Six hours a month of development: new features, integrations, automation.
  • Continuous monitoring with priority intervention and a four-hour response on incidents.
  • A separate staging environment, where changes are tried before they reach visitors.
  • Technical SEO: real measured speed, structured data, indexing checked.
  • Integrations are part of the plan: e-invoicing through FlowDeskOne, customer records, automated assistants, automation.
  • A thirty-minute call each month about what comes next, not only about what broke.
  • Priority in my calendar over new projects.

How it goes

3 steps
01

Handover

I move the site onto my infrastructure without it showing from the outside, then check what I have taken on: how it stands on security, how fast it loads, and whether the existing backups can actually be restored.

02

Running

Monitoring, updates and backups run on their own. You write to me only when you want something changed.

03

Reporting

Each month you get a short report: what was done, how the site is doing. Written to be understood, not to impress.

Beyond the included hours

2 rates
  • An hour of development beyond the hours in your plan — 45 €.
  • An hour of development without a plan, as a one-off — 75 €.

Terms

said up front
  • The contract runs for at least 6 months. Paid annually in advance, two months are free.
  • Payment is a recurring card subscription, on the same date each month.
  • Included hours are used within their month; they do not carry over.
  • The prices above are before VAT. The invoice is issued in Romanian lei at the exchange rate of the day, so the amount taken from the card can differ slightly from one month to the next.
  • Moving the site onto my infrastructure is free on twelve-month contracts.
  • You can change tier at any time, effective from the start of the following month.
  • Your price does not change during the contract. Any adjustment takes effect at renewal only, and I tell you a month before.

Frequent questions

4 questions

How long does the move take, and does it show?

I copy the site onto the new server, test it there on a temporary address, and only then point the real address across. A visitor sees nothing — at worst a page served from the old server for another hour, until the change propagates.

What happens to the email addresses?

Email does not have to move with the site: those are separate records on the domain and I can leave them exactly where they are. If you do want them moved, I tell you beforehand what changes and when.

What happens if I stop the subscription?

You get a complete copy of the site and the database, plus the server configuration, and I help you move it wherever you want. I do not hold anyone's data hostage.

Who holds the domain?

You do. The domain stays in your name, with your registrar — I only need access to point the records at the server. That is the one real guarantee that you can leave whenever you want.

Shall we start?

Tell me where it is hosted now and what annoys you about it; in fifteen minutes I will tell you which tier fits and why.
