English translation provided for convenience. The Romanian version prevails in case of any discrepancy. When you submit the form on /en/contact/project or /en/contact/website, I receive your name, your email address and, if you fill them in, your phone number and company, together with your answers about the project. I use them to reply and to prepare the quote — I do not sell them, do not pass them on and do not use them for advertising.
Where they are kept
In a database on the server I administer, hosted in Frankfurt, Germany. Only this site's application reaches it, over an internal network — the database is not exposed to the internet. The notification reaches my inbox through Resend. I keep the data for 24 months after our last conversation, then delete it.
Your IP address
It is not stored anywhere. It is used for a few minutes, in the server's memory, only to stop automated submissions.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, or for its deletion, at any time, at [email protected]. I answer within 30 days at the latest, as the GDPR requires.
